Returns & exchanges

Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

We inspect every return. Pieces that have been worn, damaged or altered are not eligible unless they are faulty.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal on the backing card is unbroken.

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it — including return postage.

Faults caused by accident, misuse or normal wear are not covered by this policy.

Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned piece arriving and passing inspection.
